Monitoring Phase

Monitoring Phase

The monitoring phase refers to the period during which the effectiveness and performance of implemented measures or technologies are systematically observed and evaluated. During this phase, a review of the current status and ongoing operations in building management may also occur. In the monitoring phase, continuous data collection is carried out, with regular reports created and analyzed. Ideally, data is collected in real-time. The analysis of these reports can uncover optimization potential, leading to actionable recommendations. Technical monitoring enhances transparency in building operations and supports continuous improvements in energy efficiency and sustainability.

With the aedifion cloud platform, system data can be captured plug-and-play, and operational conditions can be automatically evaluated. This makes technical monitoring a user-friendly, effective tool for optimizing building operations. Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the software assesses the performance of systems throughout the entire building lifecycle and generates specific recommendations. The software also includes all functional tests required by AMEV 158. Through monitoring, both building operators and users benefit from reduced system failures and improved comfort in building use.
