aedifion.dynamics interconnects all relevant energy consumers and producers in your building. The software analyzes electricity flows, consumption patterns, current energy prices, and your self-generated electricity in real time. Using AI-powered, predictive control, it dynamically adjusts grid usage based on current grid and market conditions. The goal: to maximize the use of low-cost, low-carbon energy by optimizing self-consumption, managing storage intelligently, and sourcing electricity when prices are lowest.

The license costs are charged monthly based on the building’s square meterage. This flexible pricing model allows for cost alignment with your building’s size and specific requirements. In most cases, the investment pays for itself quickly thanks to the energy savings achieved. The actual ROI depends on various factors, including your consumption profile, installed technology, and available storage capacity.

In order for aedifion.dynamics to reach its full potential, a certain infrastructure is required – however, missing components are not an obstacle. We offer comprehensive support in creating and expanding this infrastructure.
Ideally, your building should have the following requirements:

• ‍Flexible electrical consumers: e.g., heat pumps, cooling machines, ventilation systems  
• ‍Time-dependent electricity prices: e.g., own photovoltaic system, dynamic electricity tariff
• ‍Energy storage capability: e.g., batteries, thermal storage, building mass  
• ‍Electricity data collection: e.g., smart meter gateway, intelligent measuring devices

Our platform ensures the seamless communication of all systems, creates a holistic data overview, and optimizes electricity consumption in real time.
As mentioned earlier, if your building does not yet meet these requirements, it is not a problem. We will be happy to advise you on suitable retrofitting solutions and support you in their implementation – economically, tailored to your needs, and comprehensively.

Yes, our cloud platform is manufacturer-independent and compatible with all common technical building equipment (TBE) and energy management systems through open interfaces. Existing buildings and standalone electrical systems can generally also be integrated without any issues. However, the exact compatibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
