The new Building Energy Act (GEG) emphasizes building automation. Property owners and operators are now required to ensure energy-efficient building operations. Our Optimization Bundle provides the tools and services necessary to meet the requirements of GEG § 71a (1, 2, and 4) by the deadline of December 31, 2024. For complete legal assurance, our package has been certified by TÜV Rheinland.
Per § 71a (1, 2) of the GEG, existing non-residential buildings with a heating system or combined heating and ventilation system exceeding 290 kW must retrofit systems for building automation and digital energy monitoring that meet these minimum requirements by December 31, 2024:
