Artificial Intelligence

Artificial Intelligence

The term artificial intelligence (AI) covers applications in which machines provide intelligence services that are similar to humans. This includes machine learning, in which computers learn from experience and data and optimize processes. Other areas include natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning. AI systems are now used in numerous fields and industries, including medicine, finance, logistics and building operations. Artificial intelligence can be used to evaluate complex information in real time and identify patterns in data to derive decisions. As AI technologies continue to expand and improve, new solutions are constantly opening up for use in a variety of application areas within very short timeframes. In building operations, AI is used to continuously analyze collected data and uncover errors in operation or optimization potential. Continuous data analysis allows faults in different areas, such as in the heating system or within ventilation systems, to be detected and rectified at an early stage. Factors such as outdoor air conditions can also be included in efficiency improvement through AI. Overall, the use of AI offers both owners and operators significant improvements in the areas of safety, efficiency and comfort.
